    Every score is a function of public, source-verified data — never of how much an issuer pays us.

    Source-verified data

    Specs are extracted from official issuer pages and re-verified weekly. Marketing copy is excluded.

    Editorial independence

    Affiliate links never affect ordering. Sponsored placement, if it ever exists, will be labelled clearly.

    Composite score

    We weight fees, custody model, KYC, rewards, supported coins, and country availability into one 0–5 score.

    Always fresh

    Automated diffing flags every fee or feature change and triggers a manual review.

    Scoring weights

    • Fees (25%) — monthly, FX, ATM, top-up.
    • Rewards (25%) — cashback rate, caps, payout token.
    • Custody (20%) — self-custody scores higher than custodial.
    • Coverage (15%) — supported coins and chains.
    • Availability (15%) — countries supported, KYC friction.
